About the India-Japan Business Conference
The India–Japan Business Conference is a focused platform organised by the Indo–Japan Business Council (IJBC) to strengthen practical collaboration between India and Japan.
Unlike a general networking event, the conference is designed to bring together SMEs, corporates, institutions, and policy stakeholders to explore real opportunities in trade, technology, market access, and long-term partnership building.
The 2026 edition, being hosted in Kolkata for the first time, the conference places special emphasis on Eastern and North-East India as emerging regions in the Indo–Japan business landscape.
